Start your tour in Aix-en-Provence. Follow your guide to explore the historic center. You will visit palaces from the 18th century and the cathedral from the 12th century. Inside the cathedral you will see the baptistery from the 5th century.
In Aix-en-Provence your guide will also take you to the daily market. At the market you will have opportunities to taste local specialties and buy lavender flowers.
Lunch can be organized in Aix-en-Provence or in Marseille as you prefer.
Tour tour continues in Marseille. Your guide will offer a complete panoramic tour of the city. You will see all historic monuments of Marseille such as : the palace Longchamp, the cathedral of Saint-Sauveur, the basilica of Notre-Dame, the old port, the fort Saint-Jean, the fort Saint-Nicolas. You will also pass by the coast and the beaches before you stop at the basilica.
The basilica offers the greatest panorama over the entire city and the bay. From the top of the hill your guide will tell you everything about the development of Marseille.
After the basilica you will stop on the old port and have the opportunity to walk across the old neighborhood of Marseille : Le Panier.
Lunch will be organized with your guide according to your wishes and is not included.

We are from New Jersey and it was our first time in Provence on the Symphony of Seas.
We had a great tour today with Roman in Marseille and Aix en Provence. He is a great guide, speaks perfect English and his a real good man.
Marseille was better than I expected but I preferred Aix en Provence which is such a beautiful and elegant city as you can expect when you travel to Europe.
We had a wonderful lunch thanks to our guide who brought us to the Villa Madis gastronomy restaurant.
The top of the tour was to visit Cezanne studio and drive across the fields where he made his master pieces.
Next time we’ll come to Provence we plan to do the Van Gogh tour and the Lavender fields.
