    I made all arragments about this tour for our group of 16 people in July 2019. At first I want to say big thank you Mr.Laurent. Because he was so helpful about my all questions. He’s doing his job very well!
    We were on Vision of the Seas, when we arrived in the port of Marseille we found our guide easily. When we jumped to the bus, you know it was quite early and most of us were quite sleepy. But when Roman,the guide, took the mic and started to talk, we already understand that the tour would be perfect. He speaks perfect clearly English and he is terrific! very knowledgeable about the area,history, and he is so friendly. It was great to see 3 cities on the same day. The tour was so great, we visited many nice places in a day. It couldn’t be better. Highly recommend!

    We took a Mediterranean cruise on Oceania Marina with a couple of friends and our best day was in Marseille.
    Our guide Benjamin made our day. He picked us up right on the pier. He drove us safely. He was a real “guide-conférencier” and those French professionals are incomparable about managing a tour dynamic as well as sharing knowledge. We enjoyed Champagne on the Cape Canaille and this magic moment is the best memory of our trip.

    We booked this tour for our group… We did the tour a group of 12 ladies. Our ship docked in La Seyne sur mer. Pascale was our guide and she was waiting for us with the bus. She managed the tour very well around 8 hours. She was very knowledgeable, warm and helpful. We had such a lovely day with her. It was a great pleasure to be with her. We would all highly recommend Pascale.

    We had a very nice day from our cruise ship docked in Marseille with our guide Stephan.
    We loved Aix en provence for its a very elegant city with nice and old buildings, we also liked Marseille a lot but the best is Cassis and its huge cliff with an amazing view on the national park.

    We knew we wanted to see Aix-en-Provence, Cassis, and Marseille during our time in port, but it was difficult to find excursions (through the ship or independently) that provided all three. This one fit the bill! Posted this excursion on our CruiseCritic roll call and filled a private group of 7 quickly. Romain worked with us to change the time to suit our ship. Although he had a family situation arise, he arranged for his colleague, Benjamin, to escort us. Benjamin was gracious, patient, and informative throughout the day. We really appreciated his extensive walking tour in Aix-en-Provence, the orientation in Cassis, and the orientation to the Marseille cathedral. We also liked the balance of structured, guided time and the opportunity for free time. We were disappointed to not see the calanques or Cape Canaille, but the road was closed – not Benjamin’s fault. Thanks for a great experience! Would definitely recommend.

    Thanks to this trip, my family and I had a really great time in three different places.
    Marseille has a typical Mediterranean atmosphere. very colorful and alive city.
    Aix en Provence is very elegant and Cassis has fantastic views and nice points for pictures.

    I definitely recommend, if you have limited time (like us) and want to see more than one place in a day. I shouldn’t skip our great guide Chris.. Thank you for your perfect service!

    This was the perfect way to see this beautiful area of France with plenty of time to explore.
    Marlon was the perfect driver and host. Cassis was definitely the highlight and we even enjoyed a bottle of the local wine at lunch. We only had the day in port and this was the perfect way to take in the sites in our own personalized van for the 7 of us.

  28. Tour Guide Who Knows his Stuff and Makes it Fun! –

    What can I say about Chris our tour guide?
    Amazing, funny, engaging, flexible and a new member of our travel squad! Chris having been originally from Marseille took us to all of the best places for photo opportunities throughout our tour even taking us to Picasso’s castle outside of Aix.
    We were so excited to learn he would be our guide again for another tour to Avignon and we can’t wait to create additional new memories with him!

    We had this tour from our Symphony of the Seas cruise ship in Marseilles. We visited Provence several times and this tour was the best we ever had considering the timing, the car and the guide. Our guide was Roman.
    He knew everything and gave the best of himself.
    Next summer we plan to do the Van Gogh Tour with him.
    We highly recommend this company to our friends when they go to Provence.

    We had a very nice day with our guide Olivier. We had never been to France and it was good to see many thing in a day. The 3 destinations are very different. Aix en Provence is a lovely town to walk around. Cassis is just GORGEOUS !!! Marseille is also nice but too big city for a holiday. Next time we will spend more time in the countryside.

    That’s good Fun day with our guide, Paul.
    He let us know right away that he would be a little late because of traffic. He was easy to communicate with & told us lots about this region of France.
    We saw everything we asked, including Paul Cezanne’s workshop and an hour boat tour to the fjords of Cassis. We were very appreciative of the air conditioning in the van & getting to miss walking up a ton of steps!
    Paul was very personable & flexible when we asked for an extra stop near the port.

    We were 6 friends who wanted to see this tour
    Our guide Romain picked us up from the cruise port in Marseille and when the tour was over he dropped us off at the port on time. The van was new and comfortable. Our tour guide was perfect, incredibly knowledgeable about all the places.
    The three places were quite different than eachother. Marseille is a big city and quite crowded,especially the view of basilica was fantastic, the old port part was very lively and lovely. Aix was very elegant, all the narrow streets that we passed were charming with beautiful shops. The cathedral of Aix was also beautiful. Cassis was an stunning town, it was so authentic with its port. And the highlight of the tour surely the Cape Caneille. This place has an amazing view.
    Everything was extraordinary beautiful.
    Don’t miss all these beauties.We absolutely recommend it to everyone.

    We had the most excellent day!
    Our guide was so extremely friendly & unlike most day tours, we never felt like we were in a rush. He was very accommodating when we needed extra time enjoying certain spots. Start early & check out the smaller villages before the crowds.
    It was truly a perfect, beautiful day!

  40. Great tour but some considerations needed –

    Our guide Guy was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. If I had to do it again I would skip AIX and head straight to Cassis to spend more time there since it is so beautiful. We had to fit in alot in a short period of time but he did take us to many good spots and photo opportunities. On the downside while his spoken english was very good, he had a hard time understanding our english. I feel like there should have been an itinerary for the tour- no particular one was given and a bit more thought into bathroom rest stops would have been helpful as there were times we were out in the middle of nowhere and no place to stop. It was basically an 8 hour tour with no consideration for rest stops along the way or any suggestions as to where to eat. Our van was nice but the one row of seats was backwards and there are MANY hills and turns in Cassis and Marseille, leaving most of us borderline car sick through most of the trip.

Marseille,Aix and Cassis were all great places. Each city had its own different dynamic. Marseille was a typical Mediterranean city,both crowded and hearty. Aix was ​​more calm, touristic and elite. Cassis likewise a small but pleasant town. We had a photo break at the Cap Canaille. It was fabulous! A breathtaking place. It was so nice to see three different places in a day. We loved this tour as a group. Highly recommend!

    His energy and enthusiasm were off the charts. He was always right there when we were ready to go anywhere!
    Always smiling and so happy to be showing us around his cities.
    He explained a lot of history in Provence, Marsielle and Casis.
